Function Keys

Once the process of capturing a supplier or the manner in which you have loaded a purchase order into the GRV screen has been done then you can now work with the stock items that have been loaded into the screen or you will be able to load additional stock items into the data entry grid.

There are a number of different ways in which you can load stock items into the data entry grid. We will discuss this method first before we proceed and cover the Open button process which we covered earlier.

At the bottom of the data entry grid is a number of function buttons that can be used to load stock items or manipulate the stock items that have been loaded.

If you are doing a direct GRV then the Load by... functions will be available so that you can load stock items into the data entry grid using these features.

The Edit Product button and the Stock Enquiry buttons be come available as soon as stock items are loaded into the data entry grid and a stock item line has been highlighted.

By clicking on either function button the user can access the different modules that gives the user additional information about the stock item.
