The Tree Selection Buttons

graphic

By clicking on the different report Tree Selection Buttons available at the bottom of the Navigation Tree, the view on the tree will change to represent the selection. If, for example you were to select the company details button, the Navigation Tree for your company will be displayed.

If the user selects the Reports button from the Tree Selection Buttons then the reports selection tree view will be displayed.

In this example the navigation Tree shows the different reports that are available to the user.  The user can navigate through the different types of reports accessing the information generated by the different types of transactions that have been performed in Procure.net.

Note: The reports that will be accessed will only relate to the current branch that has been selected on the navigation tree.  If you require reports for a different branch then you will first have to change your branch selection before you can print any additional reports.

Another feature of the Procure.net Tree Navigator is that the Tree may be hidden or restored by simply floating your mouse pointer to the left or right of the screen, crossing the navigation tree's right hand column line.

This feature becomes very useful when viewing a very large list or report in the main viewing screen and you need to view the report using the entire width of the screen. Simply move your mouse pointer to the right of the screen and the Tree Navigator will disappear so that your report can be viewed on the entire screen.

If you need to navigate through the report tree again simply move your mouse pointer to the left of the screen once again, to highlight the navigation tree that disappeared, and restore the Tree selection view to its original position.

Note: that the last position on the Navigation Tree has been saved.

You do not need to re-navigate through the Tree to locate your desired location. The separator bar between the Tree Navigator and the Main Viewing Screen is not fixed, allowing the user to shift it according to their personal preference.

This preferred position is also saved by Procure.net and always appears in the same position the next time the Tree Selection is viewed.

We will now discuss all the functions on the Main Menu Toolbar.
