Toolbars

On the Toolbar's found on the Procure.net main screen there are a number of icons, which represent access to the frequently used functions within the Procure.net environment. Note that the very last icon on the Toolbar, a revolving globe is used to log a user Off from the system.

Clicking on the globe brings up the login screen prompting the user for a User name and a Password.

The icon on the main toolbar of the Procure.net main screen refers to the different functions that can be accessed by clicking on any one of the icons. The icons on the top toolbar follow a specific Data Process Flow, from the left of the screen to the right of the screen, and this represents the flow of information through the application.

The 2nd toolbar situated below the main toolbar has different set of command buttons that will be used for general system maintenance functions within the Procure.net application such as Saving, Printing or previewing transactions that have been created. We will be handling these different functions step for step thru out this Manual.
